Bill of Accountability

Our nation is in crisis. To restore the Founding Fathers' vision for the basis of our government and the guiding principles of that government, we need to amend the Constitution to make ALL three branches of the government accountable both to the people and to their oaths of office.

Brian Keene pledges to do exactly that. If elected, he will propose the following six amendments to the United States Constitution as the Bill of Accountability package in much the same way as the Founding Fathers proposed the first ten amendments as a package called the Bill of Rights.

Regarding the proposed amendment that would have justices accused of legislating from the bench, the ability of Congress to both accuse and hear judgement seems to go against the checks and balances of our Constitution. Maybe I'm wrong, but this part of the proposal seems to tip too far in favor of Congress. Why not have the case heard by an assembly of lower court judges (not those who might directly benefit from the removal of a supreme Court justice)?

Go to his Threads account and click on “replies.” I’d link it here directly, but he’s blocked me.

Anyway, just go look at the bullying, name calling, ad hominem attacks he uses in fairly simple topics.

Remind you of another politician who “wins” arguments by denigrating his opponents?
